REFUND POLICY
At Little Family, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- Items are in original condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Fashion items may be tried for fit but must remain unworn and undamaged.
- Any item not meeting these conditions may be declined for return or exchange.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 working days of receiving your order.
- Items received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Baby care items
- Feeding products
4. Return Instructions
To process a return or exchange:
- Include a copy of the invoice with the returned item.
- Clearly state the reason for return or exchange.
- Ensure the item is packaged securely along with the Return Label.
- Label the package as "Return Item" for smoother processing.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for sending the item back via a traceable method (e.g., courier or registered post).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
