REFUND POLICY

At Little Family, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • Items are in original condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Fashion items may be tried for fit but must remain unworn and undamaged.
  • Any item not meeting these conditions may be declined for return or exchange.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 working days of receiving your order.
  • Items received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Baby care items
  • Feeding products

4. Return Instructions

To process a return or exchange:

  1. Include a copy of the invoice with the returned item.
  2. Clearly state the reason for return or exchange.
  3. Ensure the item is packaged securely along with the Return Label.
  4. Label the package as "Return Item" for smoother processing.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for sending the item back via a traceable method (e.g., courier or registered post).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
