Refund policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item. Here's our straightforward policy to guide you through the process.

Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items should be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed. While fashion products can be tried for fit, they should remain in an unworn state. If we receive a product that doesn't meet these conditions, we may decline the return or exchange request.


  • For defective products or any other return reasons, please initiate the return or exchange within 15 working days of receiving the item.


  • Always include a copy of the invoice with the returned product and specify the reason for the return.


  • Customers are responsible for returning the item via a traceable method (like courier or registered post) at their own expense to our designated address.


  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the returned product, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund process.


  • Clearly label the returned package as 'Return Item' to ensure smooth processing.


  • Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baby care and feeding items.
